I/DD Residential Services
Residential services provided in 2 group homes and 10 Alternative Living Units (independent apartments) for approximately 35 consumers with intellectual/developmental disabilities that require 24-hour supervision.
Mental Health Residential Services
Management of low-income, subsidized HUD apartments for 24 adults with serious and persistent mental illness.
Work Center (Supported Employment & Pre-Vocational Employment Training)
For persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities, provides pre-vocational training and/or supported employment in preparation for competitive employment in the community. This service supports business in the Eastern Panhandle by contracting and providing services in packaging, mailing, assembly and janitorial work. The Work Center is a vendor with the Division of Rehabilitation Services and the West Virginia Association of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Community Support Program
Assists persons with a severe and persistent mental illness to achieve or obtain the skills necessary to function independently in the community. Assists consumers with activities of daily living, coping strategies, symptom awareness, medication management education, and community integration.
Step Down Unit
Provides transitional residential services for those individuals still under commitment to a state hospital. These individuals have received maximum benefit from the structured hospital environment and are in need of community integration, permanent residence and basic living skills.
