CURRENT OPEN POSITONS

ACT TEAM LEADER

Basic Purpose:
The ACT Team Leader is responsible for effective oversight, direction, as well as, clinical and administrative supervision of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program for EastRidge Health Systems. The ACT Team Leader is expected to provide clinical services at least 50% of the time in the community/outpatient settings to ACT team consumers. The ACT Team Leader is responsible for ensuring ACT services provided meet the highest applicable standards and that those services are ethically delivered in accordance with current best practice standards of recovery and resiliency principles. The ACT Team Leader trains, evaluates, leads, assigns, and schedules a multidisciplinary team while being expected to work well as a member of said multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree and valid WV license in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or supervised Psychologist. Three (3) years experience in direct behavioral health services, two (2) of which must be in a supervisory capacity. A registered nurse (RN) with valid WV license and above experience may serve as a team leader if the team has an additional full time registered nurse. Required documentation must be current and in compliance with Medicaid standards. Must maintain a favorable rating on performance evaluations. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required. ). All services provided are to promote client independence and empower clients to manage their symptoms to insure an acceptable level of daily functioning.

Behavioral Health Tech
I/DD MH Step-down Unit
BHT’s work in group homes, work centers and stepdown unit ensuring that the consumers daily needs are met and assist with social and living skills. Evenings, overnights and weekends.
Requirements: High School/GED and valid Driver’s license
Experience is preferred.

Respite Workers
I/DD
Provides temporary care and supervision for an individual who cannot provide for all of his/her needs in the absence of the primary care giver. Provides services as outlined by the IDT. Services may include supervision, monitoring, implementation of a behavior support plan, medical plans of care and training.
Requirements: High School/GED and valid Driver’s license.
Experience preferred.

Mobile Crisis Team Member
MH
Responsible for immediate assessments of individuals in crisis after regular business hours. Determines needs, including mental hygiene proceedings, coordinates with other specialized staff, ensures needs are met as quickly as possible. The compensation is $50.00 a day on call plus a flat rate for hours out, based on experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in social work or related human service field.
Crisis intervention skills desirable. Ability to work a flexible rotation on-call schedule and access to automobile for face-to-face interventions.

Custodian
Groves Center – IDD
Responsible for completing assigned cleaning duties. Limited independent judgment is required in the application of prescribed policies and procedures.
Requirements: Must be able and lift, with or without assistance, up to 50 pounds.

Remote Therapist

The Remote Therapist is responsible for providing high quality care through telehealth
for mental health/SUD clients during non-traditional hours. The Remote Therapist is
responsible for utilizing good skills in assessment, treatment planning, case management,
group planning and facilitation, and the documentation of services. The Remote Therapist
is expected to function well as a member of the Clinical Team. Responsible for providing
assessments, evaluations, service planning, and individual, family, marital, and group
therapy for assigned clients as warranted.

Requirements: Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or counseling from an
accredited college or university. Licensure preferred. Two years of clinical experience
in the behavioral health field is strongly preferred. Required documentation must be
current and in compliance with Medicaid and licensure standards. Must maintain a
favorable rating on performance evaluations.

IDD Case Manager
Full Time
$1000 sign on bonus paid out in increments.
Starting pay is $15.00.
Establish person centered, goal oriented process coordinating a range of services, instruction, and assistance needed by persons with developmental disabilities. Ensure accessibility, accountability and continuity of support and services.
Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field
Must have one year of experience in the I/DD field or be under supervision if the experience is not met

Medical Assistant
Full Time
Assist physician with client care and documentation.
CNA experience is preferred
